The Everyday Anxiety Strategies for Educators (EASE) K – 7 and 8 – 12 courses and accompanying classroom resources are in the process of being revised to ensure relevancy and to reflect current themes in education. While we’re working on updates, the current EASE courses continue to offer valuable strategies and resources for educators. We encourage you to begin the course now to benefit from the current content.

You will have access to the updated versions when it becomes available in Fall 2025. These revisions will incorporate the latest research and educational practices, ensuring you have access to the most current strategies.
