🔒 Having trouble logging in?

Most account access issues can be resolved by resetting your password. Before doing so, please make sure you’re using the same email address that was used when the account was originally created. Password reset emails can only be sent to the email address associated with your account.

Use the Password Reset link and enter the email address you used when signing up.

If you don’t receive the reset email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you have multiple email addresses, try any others you may have used when creating your account.

If you’re still unable to access your account after attempting a password reset or require other assistance, please contact Technical Support at OSBC.Online@gov.bc.ca.
