This site is for B.C. parents, caregivers, families, educators and other professionals to help them support the “everyday” mental health of children and youth.
The Everyday Anxiety Strategies for Educators (EASE) K – 7 and 8 – 12 courses and accompanying classroom resources are in the process of being revised to ensure relevancy and to reflect the latest research and educational practices. While we’re working on updates, the current EASE courses continue to offer valuable strategies and resources for educators.
You will have access to the updated version of EASE K-7 in April 2026 and EASE 8-12 in May 2026.
If you are interested in receiving updates about this revision, or if you have any questions, please email us.
