October 21, 2022 Update

- As of October 20th, all EASE and AISE courses are back online.

If you registered after October 17, 2022.
Register, log in, and take courses as usual.
If you registered before October 17, 2022 and did not start any courses.
Re-register for HMBC. Once your account is approved (within 1 business day), log in and take courses as usual.
If you registered before October 17, 2022 and started or completed one or more courses.
Re-register for HMBC. Once your account is approved (within 1 business day), log in and re-enroll in the course(s) you previously participated in. You will need to click through the course(s) using the ’next’ button at the bottom of each page until you reach either the point where you previously stopped, or the end of the course you previously completed.

HMBC experienced a low-risk security breach which was discovered on October 3rd, 2022. Although it was deemed very low risk (all passwords were encrypted), it was a breach nonetheless; therefore, based on the recommendation of our BC government digital security team we took the website fully offline from October 3-18 to allow for a full rebuild of all EASE courses, resources, and web content. All user accounts had to be deleted. The website has been upgraded to include an even higher security package than the original, to prevent anything like this from happening again.
