We are undertaking a program evaluation of the EASE online courses, involving a survey before beginning the course and 60-days after completion.
This survey is voluntary, and participation has no effect on your ability to access EASE.
Once you have completed the survey, you will have the option to be redirected to enter your name for a draw for one of three $100 bookstore gift cards.
